Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop Union). They walked away with a 71-58 win over the Desert Scorpions on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Broncos also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Bishop Union has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.2 points per game. As for Desert, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 6-5.

Bishop Union will be playing in front of their home fans against Boron at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th. Desert has already played their next contest, a 71-32 victory against Mammoth on the 14th.
