Basketball Game Preview: Alamosa Mean Moose vs. Kent Denver Sun Devils

Having just played yesterday, the Alamosa Mean Moose will jump right back in to play the Kent Denver Sun Devils at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Alamosa is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 41-29 victory over Weld Central.

Meanwhile, Kent Denver had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.6 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Friday. They came out on top against the Titans by a score of 54-45.

Kent Denver pushed their record up to 14-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points over those games. As for Alamosa, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.
