It was a proper cat-fight when O'Fallon duked it out with Edwardsville on Tuesday. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tigers. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won nine in a row.

While O'Fallon might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Edwardsville scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-18.

Elijah Zambrencia paced O'Fallon's offense, picking up 12 kills. Zambrencia got some help from Blake Keller and his 25 assists.

O'Fallon's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Edwardsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

O'Fallon has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Belleville West on the 3rd. As for Edwardsville, they will challenge Collinsville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
