Eureka had to endure a three-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They won by a set and slipped past the Iola Mustangs 2-1. For the Tornadoes, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win the Mustangs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Eureka's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Iola, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-17-1 record this season.

Eureka wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Fredonia on the 2nd. As for Iola, they will face off against Anderson County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
