Football Game Preview: Gorham Rams vs. Westbrook Blue Blazes + How To Watch

The Gorham Rams are taking a road trip to challenge the Westbrook Blue Blazes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Gorham turned things around against Biddeford on Friday. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 36-12 victory. Considering the Rams' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Westbrook faced Cheverus in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Blue Blazes managed a 27-21 win over the Stags.

Gorham's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-5. As for Westbrook, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Everything came up roses for Gorham against Westbrook in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as the team secured a 47-7 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
