Wallace has no trouble against Hyannis

The Wallace Wildcats's four-game losing streak dating back to last season came to an end on Saturday. They skirted past Hyannis 38-35. That 38-35 margin sets a new team best for Wallace this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wallace to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reagan Finley, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds. Finley set a new season high mark in rebounds with ten. Another player making a difference was Reagan Pelster, who scored 12 points along with nine rebounds.

Wallace's win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-3. As for Hyannis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Wallace will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Sutherland at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Sutherland focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Friday. As for Hyannis, they will head out on the road to face off against Gordon-Rushville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Gordon-Rushville focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Friday.
