Football Game Preview: Skyview Wolverines vs. Wheat Ridge Farmers + How To Watch

The Skyview Wolverines are taking a road trip to take on the Wheat Ridge Farmers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Skyview is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Evergreen on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Wolverines were outmatched by the Cougars and fell 56-13. The Wolverines were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-13.

Meanwhile, Wheat Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a blow against Conifer, falling 56-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Farmers were not able to get on the board.

Wheat Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Skyview, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Skyview was taken down by Wheat Ridge 38-7 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Wolverines, Isaac Mccune (who threw for 325 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.5 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 41 yards) won't be suiting up this time.
