Softball Recap: Wolcott RVT Beats Wright Tech for Their Third Straight Win

Wolcott RVT had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Wright Tech Warriors as they made off with a 16-2 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-2 back in April.

The win got Wolcott RVT back to even at 6-6. As for Wright Tech, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Looking ahead, Wolcott RVT will head out on the road to square off against Northwestern Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wright Tech, they will be playing at home against Wilcox RVT at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Indian have averaged an impressive 14.5 runs per game this season.
