Volleyball Recap: Fallston Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Fallston challenged Bel Air on Thursday. The Cougars fell 3-1 to the Bobcats. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-10, 21-25, 25-14.

Sloane Mister paced Fallston's offense, picking up six kills. Mister got some help from Emma Chasan and her nine assists. Chasan was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Fallston's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Bel Air, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Fallston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against C. Milton Wright on the 20th. As for Bel Air, they will welcome North East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
