Football Recap: Weldon Valley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Weldon Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 60-16 defeat at the hands of the Fleming Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 58-20 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Weldon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Fleming, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Weldon Valley will square off against Caliche at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fleming, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Prairie at 7:30 p.m. The Wildcats' defense better be ready for this one: the Mustangs have averaged an impressive 26 points per game this season.
