Football Recap: Fairview Falls Despite Big Games from Caden Oldach and Joey O'reilly

Fairview was the 10-0 winner over Fort LeBoeuf when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 32-21 to the Bison on Friday. While the Tigers had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Bison 14-3.

Fairview's loss came despite strong showings from Joey O'Reilly and Caden Oldach. O'Reilly rushed for 41 yards and three scores, while Oldach rushed for 105 yards on only 14 carries. Oldach didn't just play on offense: he also made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended one pass.

Fort LeBoeuf was led to victory by Skyler Sadowski and Dominic Walters. Sadowski rushed for 135 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while Walters rushed for 91 yards and two TDs. That's the most rushing touchdowns Walters has posted since back in September of 2024.

Fairview dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Fort LeBoeuf, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
