St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse pushed their score all the way to 57 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were outmatched by Valley Christian on the road and fell 85-57. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-21.
St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Oliver Brewer, who scored 25 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Brewer has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Rocha, who scored 16 points.
St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-8. As for Valley Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 5-11.
St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse will head out on the road to face off against Cusick at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Valley Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against St. John-Endicott at 7:30 p.m.
