Football Recap: West Shores Piles Up the Points Against Noli Indian

The third road game was the charm for West Shores, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They claimed a resounding 52-6 win over the Noli Indian Braves.

Danny Rosales was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 201 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 75 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries. Josiah Chavez got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Another reason for the win was West Shores' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for seven sacks. Leading the way was Mario Gonzalez with three. Chavez got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

West Shores' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Noli Indian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Shores will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Desert Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Noli Indian, they will host Southlands Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
