Basketball Recap: Bishop Loughlin Comes Up Short

Bishop Loughlin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by the St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings and fell 72-21. The matchup marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bishop Loughlin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for St. Joseph-by-the-Sea, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

Bishop Loughlin will take on St. Francis Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Joseph-by-the-Sea, they are taking a road trip to face off against Mary Louis Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
