Preview: Carlson Marauders vs. Anderson Titans
Carlson has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Anderson Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Carlson focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Thursday.
Last Thursday, Carlson was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 50-45 to Roosevelt.
Despite their defeat, Carlson saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Joshua Anderson, who scored 14 points, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Jackson Zachary, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Anderson entered their tilt with Taylor with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Anderson breezed by Taylor on the road to the tune of 64-24. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Anderson has posted yet this season.
Carlson's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-9. As for Anderson, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
