It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Hoover had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 66-56 victory over the Florence Falcons. The Buccaneers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Florence lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Bryant James, who posted 20 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Jalen Chandler, who earned nine points along with seven assists and five rebounds.

Hoover's victory bumped their record up to 35-0. As for Florence, with the defeat, they broke their 12-game winning streak and moved their record to 26-8.

As of now, neither Hoover nor Florence have any future games scheduled.
