Volleyball Recap: Chichester Eagles vs. Ridley Raiders
Chichester lost against Ridley back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Chichester Eagles lost 3-0 to the Ridley Raiders. The Eagles have struggled against the Raiders recently, as their game on Wednesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Chichester was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 25-22.
Ridley can attribute much of their success to Ava Vinovrski, who had 11 digs and 11 assists.
Chichester's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Ridley, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-16.
