Ragsdale waltzed into their match on Thursday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They never let the Southwest Guilford Cowboys get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 4-3 win last Wednesday.

Ragsdale saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dillon Bullard, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Ragsdale's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Southwest Guilford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season.

Ragsdale will head out to take on Grimsley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Whirlies will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. Southwest Guilford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
