Cherokee County entered their tilt with St. Clair County on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Fighting Saints by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Cherokee County's offense was headlined by Ava Haygood and Nevaeh Gaidurgis, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Macy Lea and her 21 assists. Jolie Alexander controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Cherokee County's victory bumped their record up to 39-7-1. As for St. Clair County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 23-18.
