Football Recap: Foxfire Phoenix vs. West Union Dragons
Foxfire was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 36-14 to the West Union Dragons.
Foxfire wouldn't let West Union keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Foxfire can thank Nazir Smith and Braydon O'Neill for forcing both of them.
Foxfire's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for West Union, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foxfire will square off against Richmond Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for West Union, they will welcome Southern Buckeye at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Union is facing Southern Buckeye at the right time seeing as Southern Buckeye is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
