Basketball Recap: Capitol Hill Takes a Loss

Capitol Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Community Christian Royals and fell 76-34. While losing is never fun, the Redwolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 418th, while the Royals are ranked 40th).

Capitol Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Community Christian, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.

Capitol Hill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 68-54 loss against Lexington on the 25th. As for Community Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-45 victory against Beggs on the 25th.
