Soccer Recap: Delano Triumphs

Delano's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Kennedy Thunderbirds, sneaking past 3-2.

Luis Ortega and Oscar Sandoval scored all three of Delano's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Delano now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Kennedy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2-2.

Delano has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Avenal on the 20th. As for Kennedy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against West on the 20th.
