Basketball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Bisbee

If Valley Union wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Bisbee, they should've done a better job of containing Sebastian Lopez. The Bisbee Pumas claimed a resounding 90-23 victory over the Valley Union Blue Devils thanks in part to Lopez, who posted 25 points along with five boards and five steals. He has become a key player for Bisbee: the team is 7-2 when he posts at least three steals, but 3-7 otherwise.

The win made it two in a row for Bisbee and bumps their season record up to 10-9. As for Valley Union, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
