Basketball Game Preview: Eureka Springs Highlanders vs. Mountainburg Dragons

The Eureka Springs Highlanders will head out on the road to face off against the Mountainburg Dragons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Eureka Springs has given up an average of 53.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Eureka Springs ended up a good deal behind West Fork and lost 56-42.

Meanwhile, Mountainburg came up short against Lamar on Thursday and fell 66-55.

Mountainburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Eureka Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Eureka Springs couldn't quite get it done against Mountainburg when the teams last played back in January of 2020 as they fell 53-42. Can the Highlanders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
