Basketball Game Preview: Calexico Mission RoadRunners vs. Julian Eagles

The Calexico Mission RoadRunners will take on the Julian Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both have allowed few points on average, (Calexico Mission: 17.9, Julian: 18.2) so any points scored will be well earned.

Calexico Mission will head into Tuesday's game out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were beaten by Warner 43-1. The RoadRunners haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, Julian took a blow against Warner on Monday, falling 53-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Calexico Mission's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Julian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Calexico Mission came out on top in a nail-biter against Julian in their previous matchup on Wednesday, sneaking past 23-20. Does Calexico Mission have another victory up their sleeve, or will Julian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
