Baseball Recap: St. Augustine Catholic Comes Up Short

St. Augustine Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 11-2 to the Morenci Wildcats.

St. Augustine Catholic saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sergio Cordova, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

St. Augustine Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Morenci, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-14.

As of now, neither St. Augustine Catholic nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
