Rangeview saw some tournament action on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Carter Cowboys 63-60.

Archie Weatherspoon V produced another solid effort shooting 57% from the field to rack up 25 points and three steals. His morning made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Marceles Duncan, who posted ten points along with six boards and five assists.

Rangeview's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Carter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4.

Rangeview will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grandview at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026. Carter and Humble will round out the year against one another at 1:00 p.m. on the 29th.
