Soccer Game Preview: Patel vs. Sports Leadership & Management

The Patel Trailblazers will face off against the Sports Leadership & Management Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Patel's favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home while Sports Leadership & Management has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road.

Patel is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Pinellas Park on Tuesday. Patel and Pinellas Park finished up their match with a 2-2 draw.

Sophie O'Leary was the only thing that stood between Patel and a shutout considering she scored both of Patel's goals, bringing her season total up to nine goals.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Sports Leadership & Management's offense. They lost 11-0 to Cambridge Christian on Tuesday.

Sports Leadership & Management's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. With that draw, Patel's record moves to 9-4-1.
