Jude McDonald posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. He struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
