Nome-Beltz not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 13th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Hutchison Hawks as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Nanooks, who have now won three matches in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Nome-Beltz took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-11, 25-14.

Their offense was headlined by BrookLynn Crowe and Alora Stasenko, who picked up eight kills apiece. Stasenko really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 20. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Nome-Beltz's victory bumped their record up to 10-8-2. As for Hutchison, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14-1.

Nome-Beltz has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against North Pole on the 4th. As for Hutchison, after both having extra time off, they and Galena will shake off the rust and duke it out on Friday.
