Jackson had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Brooks Lions 37-34. The victory was nothing new for the Aggies as they're now sitting on 15 straight.

It was another big night for Joseph Taylor, who went 7-for-13 on his way to 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals. What's more, he also posted a 60% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Keeyun Chapman was another key player, putting up 11 points and five boards.

Jackson's win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Brooks, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 26-10 record.

Jackson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 44-42 victory against Plainview on the 27th. Brooks does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
