Volleyball Recap: West Creek's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

West Creek entered their tilt with Kenwood on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Knights 3-0. The Coyote have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

West Creek walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20, 25-10.

West Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emilia Contreras, who had four aces and two assists. Contreras is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Contreras wasn't the only good server: West Creek was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

West Creek's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Kenwood, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Creek will host Montgomery Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kenwood, they will take on Dickson County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
