Monadnock has gone 9-1 against Stevens recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Huskies will take on the Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Monadnock was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Winnisquam on Thursday. The Huskies never let the Bears get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Huskies needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Stevens came out on top against Hillsboro-Deering on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run seventh inning. The Cardinals were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Hillcats.

Stevens has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Monadnock, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

Monadnock beat Stevens 4-0 in their previous meeting back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
