Volleyball Recap: Coudersport Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win + How To Watch

Coudersport extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Ella Wahlers. The Falcons blew past the Northern Potter Panthers 3-0 on Wednesday for which the team can thank Wahlers, who had 11 digs and four aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 29 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Coudersport was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-18.

Coudersport was led to victory by Madyson Giebel and Averie Rimel. Giebel had 15 digs, while Rimel had three digs and three aces. That's the most aces Rimel has posted over her last four matches.

They weren't the only good server: Coudersport was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in four consecutive games.

Coudersport's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Northern Potter, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Coudersport didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Otto-Eldred on the 18th. As for Northern Potter, they are taking a road trip to take on Cameron County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
