It was fun while it lasted, but Air Academy's undefeated season came to an end after 26 games on Saturday. They received a blow as they fell 56-42 to the Mullen Mustangs. The matchup marked the Kadets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Mullen's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tatum Jones, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten boards. That's the most rebounds Jones has posted since back in January. Makenzie Jones was another key player, going 5-for-9 to rack up 13 points along with seven steals and six boards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Air Academy fell to 26-1. As for Mullen, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Air Academy nor Mullen have any future games scheduled.
