Basketball Recap: Boone Central Beats Ponca for Their Fourth Straight Win

Boone Central entered their tilt with Ponca on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They took down the Ponca Indians 63-44. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 55-47 back in January.

Boone Central's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Ponca, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Looking ahead, Boone Central and Wayne will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Wayne is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.3 points per game this season. As for Ponca, they are taking a road trip to take on Norfolk Catholic at 7:45 p.m. on February 14th.
