Geneva was sadly handed a defeat on Thursday, but Shae McNew did his best to prevent it. Nobody could stop McNew as he rushed for 134 yards and one score while picking up 8.4 yards per carry.

Looking ahead, McNew and Geneva will take on Hill Country Christian School of Austin at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. McNew will face off against Judah Pulley, the Knights' star receiver.
