Volleyball Game Preview: High Plains Storm vs. Osceola Bulldogs

The High Plains Storm will face off against the Osceola Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

High Plains' tournament run continued when they took on Shelby-Rising City on Saturday. The Storm fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 2-1. The Storm have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Osceola came up short against Cross County on Monday and fell 3-1. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Osceola's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for High Plains, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12.

High Plains was able to grind out a solid victory over Osceola in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Storm repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
