Soccer Recap: Iron Mountain Takes a Loss

Iron Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Houghton Gremlins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Houghton this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 two weeks ago.

Iron Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Houghton, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Iron Mountain has already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against Crandon on the 10th. As for Houghton, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-2 draw against Sault Area on the 10th.
