Basketball Recap: Foreman Takes a Loss

Foreman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 57-13 loss at the hands of the Murfreesboro Rattlers. While losing is never fun, the Gator Arkansas can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 255th, while the Rattlers are ranked 127th).

Foreman's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Murfreesboro, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foreman will host Dierks at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Dierks will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Foreman surely won't give up without a fight. As for Murfreesboro, they will face off against Caddo Hills at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Murfreesboro is facing Caddo Hills at the right time seeing as Caddo Hills is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
