Volleyball Recap: Perry Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Perry dropped to 11-8 on Monday, ending the team's seven-match streak of wins at home. They fell just short of the Wooster Generals by a score of 3-2. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Generals from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

As for Wooster, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory they have posted since August 28th.

Leading Wooster to victory were Baylie Hahn and Anaca Holcombe. Hahn had 17 digs and one assist, while Holcombe had six digs and two aces. Those six digs gave Holcombe a new career-high. Brooke Lamb also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

Looking ahead, Perry will face off against Hoover at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wooster, they will square off against West Holmes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
