Greer Middle College hasn't had much luck against Woodruff recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. While Woodruff had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 25-22.

Woodruff's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Greer Middle College, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11.
