Basketball Recap: Islesboro Central Takes a Loss

Islesboro Central lost against Richmond back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Islesboro Central Eagles took a 57-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Richmond Bobcats. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Islesboro Central's record now sits at 5-7. As for Richmond, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Islesboro Central has already played their next contest (against Forest Hills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Richmond will square off against Winthrop at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
