Soccer Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Georgetown was feeling good fresh off their 5-1 takedown of Purcell Marian last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The G-Men lost 6-0 to the Williamsburg Wildcats on Thursday. Georgetown were not able to make up for their loss to Williamsburg from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Georgetown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Williamsburg, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Georgetown will face off against Felicity-Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Williamsburg, they will square off against Fayetteville-Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
