Briggsdale is a perfect 10-0 against Peetz since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Falcons will square off against the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m.

Briggsdale lost 3-0 to Otis on Friday. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 28-26, 26-24, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Peetz had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Wildcats.

Peetz wouldn't go down easily and took North Park into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-16, 25-19, 20-25, 15-10.

Peetz's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Briggsdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

Everything went Briggsdale's way against Peetz when the teams last played back in September, as Briggsdale made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
