They are leaving WI behind and heading out of state to face off against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf on Thursday at 2:30 PM. If the game is anything like the 44-38 finish from the last time they met, the scorekeeper will be kept real busy.
Wisconsin School for the Deaf have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They steamrollered Iowa School for the Deaf 68-14. With Wisconsin School for the Deaf ahead 30-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf lost to Illinois School for the Deaf last Saturday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 20-70. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf were down by 20-54 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Wisconsin School for the Deaf's win lifted them to 1-3 while Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf's defeat dropped them down to 1-4.
