Scotland entered their tilt with Lee County on Monday with 14 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 15. They put the hurt on the Yellow Jackets with a sharp 14-1 win. The Fighting Scots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Scotland got a massive performance out of Dawson Blue, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. Blue is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last nine games she's played. Addison Johnson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while going 3-for-4.

Scotland hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least two batters in three consecutive games.

Scotland's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Lee County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Scotland will square off against Freedom Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lee County, they will challenge Chatham Central at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
