It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Tampa Prep had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Indian Rocks Christian Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Terrapins, who have now won three contests in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-17, 25-23.

Leilani Lawrence paced Tampa Prep's offense, picking up 22 kills. Lawrence got some help from Mila Zujovic and her 40 assists. Sophia Merenda controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why Indian Rocks Christian lost, don't look at Olivia Anderson. Despite the final result, she had eight digs and three aces. Anderson has been hot for a while, having also posted 16 or more assists the last 15 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Tesa Johnson, who had nine digs and four assists.

Tampa Prep's win bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Indian Rocks Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-11.

Looking ahead, Tampa Prep will take on Divine Savior Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Indian Rocks Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
