Soccer Game Preview: Alliance Bloomfield vs. ESAT

The Alliance Bloomfield Bulls will take on the ESAT Grizzlies at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Alliance Bloomfield has three straight wins, ESAT has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Alliance Bloomfield is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against CALS Early College on Thursday as Alliance Bloomfield made off with a 13-1 victory. Alexander Rodriguez was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, ESAT didn't have quite enough to beat Academia Avance on Friday and fell 3-2.

Alliance Bloomfield pushed their record up to 6-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for ESAT, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Alliance Bloomfield skirted past ESAT 2-1 in their previous matchup last Wednesday. Does Alliance Bloomfield have another victory up their sleeve, or will ESAT turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
