Lemoore is 7-1 against Dinuba since September of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Emperors at 6:30 p.m. Lemoore is coming into the contest hot, having won their last nine games.

On Monday, Lemoore made easy work of Mission Oak and carried off a 3-0 victory.

While Lemoore won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Dinuba didn't have quite enough to beat Tulare Western on Monday and fell 3-2. The Emperors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Dinuba wouldn't go down easily and took Tulare Western into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-23, 25-16, 19-25, 15-11.

Loss or not, Dinuba got some senior leadership from Delilah Rangel and Emmarie Rico. Rangel had 25 kills and three aces, while Rico had 41 assists. Those 25 kills set a new season-high mark for Rangel. Klaryssa Meija was another key player, getting 11 kills.

Dinuba's defeat dropped their record down to 15-14. As for Lemoore, their win bumped their record up to 26-4.

Everything went Lemoore's way against Dinuba in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Lemoore made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Emperors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
